Early Access Terms

We add, change, and remove features often during Early Access. Screens you see today may look or behave differently next week. When a change materially affects billed features we'll tell you.

Please review invoice totals, sales tax breakdowns, and payment records before you send documents to customers or rely on them for tax filings. CollabNorth's tax engine covers Canadian GST/HST/QST/PST/RST based on the registrations and per-item profiles you configure. It is not a substitute for review by a qualified accountant or bookkeeper.

Bug reports, questions, and product feedback you send us — through the in-app support form or by email — may be used to improve CollabNorth. We won't attach your identity to public examples without asking.

Early Access includes occasional downtime, migrations, and rough edges. We do not publish an uptime SLA during this period.

Please keep independent copies of important business records. Export your invoices and customer list periodically. If a migration or bug touches your data, having your own copy is the fastest path to recovery.

Early Access support is provided through email at support@collabnorth.ca and through the in-app support form. Response times are best-effort during Early Access and are not a contractual SLA.
