Billing and the Tax Ready pass
What's free, what the paid plan adds, how billing works, and an update on the Tax Ready pass.
Free
Bookkeeping and invoicing are free on the Starter plan: unlimited invoices, estimates and credit notes, expenses with receipt photos, bank import, reports, GST/HST and Export everything. It is for one user, the owner.
The paid plan
$39 a month (in Canadian dollars) adds:
- stock tracking with low-stock alerts,
- suppliers and purchase orders,
- 5 users with owner, staff and accountant roles,
- an activity history,
- priority support.
It starts with a 14-day free trial.
Change or cancel
Open the gear menu, then Billing & plan. Only the owner can change the plan.
- Manage billing in Stripe lets you update your card, download receipts, change plans or cancel.
- If you cancel, the paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. Your records stay, and you go back to Starter.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. CollabNorth never sees your full card number.
