Self-serve account deletion isn't available yet. Here's what to do in the meantime.
You can't delete your account from inside the app yet. We are working on it.
Until then
- Download your records first. Use Export everything in Settings. CRA can ask to see records for six years, so keep the ZIP somewhere safe. See Export everything.
- Cancel any paid plan in Billing & plan, so you aren't charged again.
- Send us a message asking us to delete your account. Use the form on the Help page, from the email address on the account, so we know it's you.
Only want to remove the sample business?
That one you can do yourself: tap Remove sample in the grey bar at the top. See Try the sample business.
